Preparation Method:

1. Add  the pack to the boiling water then add sugar (as desired in a small pot)

2. Heat slowly on low flame. Stir once gently, then allow the foam to rise.

3. Remove just before boiling and pour into a demitasse cup, keeping the foam intact.

4. Let it settle, then savor the light and aromatic taste.
