SHIPPING INFORMATION

• We deliver in Cairo at a flat rate of 50 EGP, in Alexandria at a flat rate of 30 EGP and anywhere else in Egypt at different flat rates which are calculated at checkout.
• Orders are normally delivered within 1-3 working days.
• Addresses are preferably written in Arabic.
• The courier usually delivers between 9 AM to 5 PM and he'll call you before making the delivery to make sure you are available.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• In case you receive wrong or damaged items, we will fully refund your order.
• In case you would like to return/exchange some items due to personal preference, we will gladly do it and only charge the shipping fees.
• We appreciate that the returned items are to be in their original state and packaging in order to complete the refunding process
