SHIPPING INFORMATION
We deliver in Cairo at a flat rate of 50 EGP, in Alexandria at a flat rate of 30 EGP and anywhere else in Egypt at different flat rates which are calculated at checkout.
Orders are normally delivered within 1-3 working days.
Addresses are preferably written in Arabic.
The courier usually delivers between 9 AM to 5 PM and he'll call you before making the delivery to make sure you are available.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
In case you receive wrong or damaged items, we will fully refund your order.
In case you would like to return/exchange some items due to personal preference, we will gladly do it and only charge the shipping fees.
We appreciate that the returned items are to be in their original state and packaging in order to complete the refunding process
